The kick-off meeting was held in the meeting hall of Ankara Provincial Directorate of Environment and Urbanization with the attendance of the partner organisations' representatives.

The 2nd transnational meeting was realized in Bonn, Germany on the 15th of August in order to share as much as possible the basis for the cooperation and communication throughout the project and the practical tasks, roles and expected actions.

This meeting was organized as a mid - term evaluation meeting almost one year after the beginning of the project. It served to discuss what has been done until that moment in person, evaluate the reaching of the set objectives so far, and prepare for the last part of the project, the more practical one, re-dividing tasks and preparing for the last mobility activities. 

The last transnational coordination meeting was in Vienna Technical University and was the final evaluation meeting. It aimed at evaluating both the success of the project and the goals reached, and the cooperation between partners, the managing of the different roles, the general coordination, and anything that could be relevant discussing in order to be ready for future improvement for the work in the field.
